Our Role in the EV Charging Ecosystem
At ICPOA, we focus on:
- Advocating for Policies & Incentives – Representing the interests of member organisations and engaging with government bodies to shape EV charging regulations, incentives, and policies.
- Establishing Industry Standards – Promoting interoperability and uniform standards for charging infrastructure to create a seamless user experience. Also propose India Specific technologies and standards for charging infrastructure.
- Driving Innovation & Research – Encouraging the adoption of smart charging technologies, renewable energy integration, and IoT-based solutions.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing – Creating a network of industry experts through workshops, training sessions, and research publications to share best practices and emerging trends.
- Ensuring Consumer Trust & Awareness – Enhancing public confidence by advocating transparent pricing, service reliability, and accessibility in EV charging.
